Terms of Service
1. Who we are
CitaWatch ("we") is operated by [legal name/NIF [TBC]], [address [TBC]], Spain. Contact: [email [TBC]]. You must be 18 or over to buy.
2. What we are, and what we are not
CitaWatch is an independent alert service. We are not affiliated with the Spanish government, the Policía Nacional, any Ministerio, the DGT or any public body. We do not book, hold, reserve, transfer or sell appointments and we never ask for ID numbers (NIE, DNI, passport). Official appointments are free. You always book yourself on the official website or phone line.
3. What the £2.99 buys
Alerts for one procedure in one province for 30 days from payment confirmation, by email (and SMS/WhatsApp if you add a number and agree). It is a one-off payment of £2.99 in pounds sterling (GBP), including any VAT that applies [VAT treatment [TBC]]. It does not renew. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee; we don't charge one.
How alerts work: alerts are triggered by reports from other users who say they have just seen free slots on the official site, once a report is confirmed by our rules (more than one independent report, a report from a subscriber's personal link, or a manual check by us). We do not check government websites automatically. Reports can be wrong, late or missing. There may be no confirmed sightings for your procedure and province during your 30 days.
4. No guarantee
An alert doesn't guarantee that slots are still available or that you will get an appointment. Everyone with a matching alert is alerted at the same time.
5. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of payment without giving a reason (TRLGDCU, RDL 1/2007, arts. 102–108). At checkout you ask for the service to start immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days and no alert has been sent, we refund in full. Otherwise we refund the £2.99 (GBP, to the card you paid with) minus a proportionate amount for the days already provided [policy [TBC] by lawyer]. To withdraw, email [email [TBC]] from the address you paid with. Unsubscribing alone isn't a withdrawal request.
6. Refunds
If a fault on our side stops alerts for a significant part of your period, we refund in proportion or extend your alert. Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe.
7. Fair use, and reporting
Alerts are for your personal use. You must not resell alerts, book or "hold" appointments for others in exchange for money, use automated tools against our site or government sites, or submit false reports. We may cancel (with a pro-rata refund) alerts used for reselling appointments.
8. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights. Subject to that, we're not liable for missing an appointment, for decisions of public authorities, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid [cap [TBC] by lawyer].
9. Information on this site
Our guides are general information, checked against official sources on the date shown, and are not legal advice.
10. Law and disputes
Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence and may go to their local courts. Contact us first at [email [TBC]]. [Consumer arbitration / hojas de reclamaciones [TBC]]
